Thursday 04 Mar 2021 19:00

This is a pay what you feel event from £4 to support artists.

Practical Art History will guide you through an exciting online lesson about the history of a prevalent artist, with a practical drawing lesson inspired by their art.

By the end of each session you will have new found knowledge on the work and life of a fabulous artist. You will also be equipped to create drawings that are inspired by new techniques to improve your own art and embed your understanding about the artist. Each week features a fun still life scene to study with reference to a select artist.

You can draw, paint and create with whatever materials you have at home. These online sessions are for all abilities. Join us for portfolio development, practice or fun! The sessions are also followed by an optional informal group art chat 8:30-9pm.

Taking place on Thursdays 7pm - 8:30pm (GMT) streamed LIVE via Zoom. Hosted alternately by professional artists, Klaire Doyle Art and Anna FC Smith based in Manchester, England. In association with Artist Discussion and WiganSTEAM.
